12 Little Puppies

Well as most of you know Chase and I are spending our "Summer Work Program" week in Iowa with Lonna. So early Saturday morning we drove to SLC and got on the airplane and flew to Kansas City, MO Karrie, Forrest's sister picked us up from the airport and we spent the day and evening with her it was good to see her and meet her new husband Dave. We played Guitar Hero, sat on the side of the pool with our feet in and had a fun time. The next day we drove to Lamoni, IA and met Lonna there was a cute little Amish store hooked on to a Maid-Rite place so we did a little shopping and eating then we came home. Today we went to the park and checked out the swimming pool and drove around in Jesse's convertible Chase keep calling it a transformer because of the top going up and down. Then when we came back Jesse stopped over at one of the police officer's house that had rescued 12 little puppies the day before they were left on a street corner all 12 of them in a little kennel. Jesse felt bad for the runt "Pete" he was getting picked on by the others and could not get any food so she brought him home for a visit Chase had lots of fun with him and we got him to eat and drink it was a fun little afternoon project.
